We specialize in the outpatient surgery market and they provided references and data supporting their ability to get contacts we can follow up with.

Describe the project in detail

We transitioned from a feet on the street sales operation to a virtual environment. CallBox reached out to potential customers and gained initial interest so that a Zoom meeting could be set up with one of our reps. CallBox provided all the background information on the potential client and set up the meetings for the reps. CallBox also monitors our chatbot on our website and forward information to us.

What was the team composition?

We have contact with 3 people who coordinate the appointments. There have been no changes over time, but we are considering adding another person from Callbox to increase outreach.

Results and Feedback

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2020 we had inventory issues and were unable to follow up with the new contacts. We have begun that follow up this month. The leads have all been qualified and interested in our follow up. The cost savings from outside reps and managers has been terrific. In the medical sales area, I believe the days of in-person calling on hospitals and surgery centers to be limited. A virtual team will be in the forefront.

Quality of the communications and the sincere desire on their part to help make ARC profitable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The number of leads from LinkedIn could be added to the email and phone leads we are receiving.
