Outcomes
In 2020 we had inventory issues and were unable to follow up with the new contacts. We have begun that follow up this month. The leads have all been qualified and interested in our follow up. The cost savings from outside reps and managers has been terrific. In the medical sales area, I believe the days of in-person calling on hospitals and surgery centers to be limited. A virtual team will be in the forefront.

Project Summary
Callbox provides call center services to a medical device company in order to enhance their lead generation efforts. The team reaches out to potential customers and sets up Zoom meetings with the client’s reps.
