Callbox is providing call center services for our company. They get us 2–3 appointments a day; their team schedules a 15-minute appointment through Google Meet with a doctor or an office manager.

Most Impressive
Project management has been transparent, and everyone on their team does a great job of being on top of things. Also, their communication and ability to deliver on their promises are outstanding features of their work — I’m very pleased with that.
Workflow
We constantly communicate with them through calls and Google Meets, and they also send daily emails to keep us updated with the process. In addition to that, we use HubSpot to work with their generated leads.
Areas for Improvement
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re everything I hoped for, and my team is happy to work with them.
