

I’m responsible for driving revenue and sales and expanding Callbox’s customer and client base. Prior to Callbox, I’m involved with Training and Development and operations for 5 years from two different large companies that provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), which ensures successful project delivery (KPI, SLA), nurtures thriving programs, and provides courses. All of these skill sets have benefitted me with my current deliverables with Callbox that it didn’t require so many adjustments instead acquire new knowledge and cope with what was expected of me.
