The team created a website/Landing page promoting our software and services and provided marketing campaigns through several sources such as LinkedIn. The team also provided telemarketing services across the country providing the sales team with new business opportunities.

I work closely with the telemarketing team who brought us new business leads.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The telemarketing team was very successful in providing us numerous appointments and leads to work. The team has been very responsive to all of our requests, emails, etc. That was very impressive.

The workflow between our two companies was fantastic. When we made some changes or tweaks to the process they were able to implement it right away and communicate to their team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their aggressiveness to bring in new business leads and extremely effective communication between us and Callbox

Are there any areas for improvement?

I really can’t think of anything for areas of improvement except eventually exploring new markets such as start-up businesses. And finding ways to target that area of need.
