How did you select Callbox?

Callbox sent us emails, and we decided to look into them during the COVID-19 pandemic. After checking their references, we ultimately decided to hire them.

Describe the project in detail

Callbox formulated a strategy for approaching owners of private, small businesses—our target audience. Their team developed and tested a calling approach. Their team is responsible for calling our target market. They provide a list of leads and note contact information in a database we provide. Their team then pursues those leads. They also helped us develop a webinar series as a marketing strategy and continue to provide us with design and copy support as needed. Callbox also manages our Google Ads, LinkedIn profile, and website chatbot as well as sends outbound emails.

What was the team composition?

We have three main points of contact: a customer service relationship manager, a sales representative, and a team manager. In total, we directly work with 6–8 people.

Results and Feedback

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their team helps fill our database with qualified companies and weeds out disqualified ones. Companies in the pipeline should generate enough revenue to cover the cost of Callbox’s services. We have several more prospects ready to process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Callbox keeps us on track, provides weekly progress reports, and meets all deadlines. They’re willing to do any task we request of them. We communicate via email, phone, and weekly meetings.
