For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox?

The service we offer is relatively new. Our challenge is to build awareness among advisors and professionals. Our in-house professionals on staff can explain the product and evangelize for our brand. But our in-house folks require a team of outbound callers to set up their phone appointments with probate professionals around the country. This is where Callbox’s outsourced solution has been critical in allowing us to scale fast and cost-effectively.

What were your goals for this project?

We engaged Callbox to identify thousands of B2B phone meeting prospects; reach out to each of them using email, linked in, and outbound telemarketing; and then set phone appointments for our in-house product specialists.

They are sending emails, linked-in messages, and making phone calls to professionals across the United States during US business hours, setting and calendar-ing appointments for our in-house professionals every business day.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After our initial trial, we contracted for a full year and, after reviewing performance, extended for a second year. We have a dedicated team handling our account. They are well-trained professionals offering us the service we need at the price agreed to, with good results. With CallBox help, we are able to reach out to wide audience of professionals at a much lower cost than would be the case if we tried to do it all ourselves.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There is good daily communication between the account managers at Callbox and our own in-house people — coordinating the scheduling of any frequent changes to the appointments they set for our in-house team. Our account reps are accessible and responsive. On the rare occasion we encounter an issue, they address it promptly and professionally.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very professional and responsive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They only serve the outbound B2B appointment setting market. We would consider expanding our use of them to B2C if they offered it.
