A specialized technology consulting company — the largest of its kind in the Oceania region, and one of the few in the world with the highest level of partnership with tech giant Oracle — is shifting its focus on establishing long term relationships with enterprise and government customers. It sought the expertise of Callbox to help in event marketing, generate product consciousness, and ultimately increase sales.
Callbox wasted no time in launching two campaigns, the Lead Generation through Telemarketing and Call-to-Invite campaign. It deployed its experienced telemarketers to mine data, which were then funneled into the Callbox Pipeline, its efficient CRM and marketing automation platform, for the client’s final assessment. The event marketing phase was also a success, with Callbox tasked to call prospects and confirm receipt of invites and their attendance.
