{"id":96244,"date":"2024-02-15T15:26:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T20:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.callboxinc.com\/?page_id=96244"},"modified":"2024-02-26T02:44:52","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T07:44:52","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.callboxinc.com\/latam\/channel-partner-program\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Channel Partner Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Program Duration:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"\/channel-partner-program\/\">Programa de Socios de Canal de Callbox<\/a> operates on a rolling 12-month timeframe, during which partners can progress through different tiers based on their performance.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tier Structure<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Silver Tier<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Partners start at the Silver tier by default.<\/li>\n<li>Partners will remain in the Silver tier as long as they successfully bring in a minimum of $25,000 worth of new business within the specified 12-month time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Gold Tier<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Partners advance to the Gold tier upon achieving $50,000 in new business within the designated 12-month time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Partners will move down from the Gold tier if their new business falls below $50,000 in the same 12-month time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Platinum Tier<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Partners qualify for the Platinum tier when they generate an impressive $75,000 or more in new business within the specified 12-month time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Partners will move down from the Platinum tier if their new business drops below $75,000 in the same 12-month time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>General Terms<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partners must adhere to ethical business practices, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities by partners will result in immediate termination from the program.<\/li>\n<li>Calbox reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, including tier criteria, with reasonable notice to partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Benefits and Recognition<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partners in higher tiers may enjoy additional benefits, including priority support, exclusive training sessions, and promotional opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Calbox may publicly recognize and promote partners based on their tier achievements, subject to partner consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Review and Modification<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Calbox will conduct periodic reviews of partner performance and tier status.<\/li>\n<li>The terms and conditions of the program may be modified by Calbox with reasonable notice to partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By participating in the Calbox Channel Partner Program, partners agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
