Channel Partner Terms and Conditions

Program Duration:

The Callbox Channel Partner Program operates on a rolling 12-month timeframe, during which partners can progress through different tiers based on their performance.

Tier Structure

Silver Tier

Partners start at the Silver tier by default.
Partners will remain in the Silver tier as long as they successfully bring in a minimum of $25,000 worth of new business within the specified 12-month time frame.

Gold Tier

Partners advance to the Gold tier upon achieving $50,000 in new business within the designated 12-month time frame.
Partners will move down from the Gold tier if their new business falls below $50,000 in the same 12-month time frame.

Platinum Tier

Partners qualify for the Platinum tier when they generate an impressive $75,000 or more in new business within the specified 12-month time frame.
Partners will move down from the Platinum tier if their new business drops below $75,000 in the same 12-month time frame.

General Terms

Partners must adhere to ethical business practices, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities by partners will result in immediate termination from the program.
Calbox reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, including tier criteria, with reasonable notice to partners.

Benefits and Recognition

Partners in higher tiers may enjoy additional benefits, including priority support, exclusive training sessions, and promotional opportunities.
Calbox may publicly recognize and promote partners based on their tier achievements, subject to partner consent.

Review and Modification

Calbox will conduct periodic reviews of partner performance and tier status.
The terms and conditions of the program may be modified by Calbox with reasonable notice to partners.

By participating in the Calbox Channel Partner Program, partners agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Calbox reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its discretion.
