- \u201cReferral,\u201d \u201creferred candidate,\u201d or \u201ccandidate\u201d means the individual or entity being referred;<\/li>\n
- \u201cWe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cCallbox\u201d means Callbox Inc;<\/li>\n
- \u201cCallbox representative\u201d means a Callbox Sales Director, Client Success Manager, or Business Development Manager;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
II. Referral Mechanics<\/h2>\n\n- Referral Eligibility<\/strong>: You may refer as many candidates as you wish as long as the referrals meet Callbox\u2019s eligibility requirements.<\/li>\n
- Referral Introduction<\/strong>: You must make the referral explicit via an email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp introduction, in which the Callbox representative and the referred candidate are copied.<\/li>\n
- New Referral Requirement<\/strong>: A referred candidate must not have previously been entered into the Callbox CRM, received a proposal, or been a client of Callbox.<\/li>\n
- Referral Credit<\/strong>: A referral will only be credited to the referring party if the referral has been successfully qualified. A qualified referral is defined as:\n
\n- When the referral has completed the first meeting with the Callbox representative and has been qualified as valid.<\/li>\n
- When the referral receives complete presentation services from a Callbox representative.<\/li>\n
- When the referral agrees to receive a Callbox proposal document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Multiple Referrals<\/strong>: If a candidate is referred more than once by different referring parties, the first referral will receive credit for the referral.<\/li>\n
- Invalid Referrals<\/strong>: Referrals where the referred candidate and the referrer are the same individual or entity (person or company) are invalid.<\/li>\n
- Referral Contact<\/strong>: Within five business days of receiving your referral, a Callbox representative will contact the candidate by phone or email using the contact information you provided.<\/li>\n
- Referral Reward<\/strong>: Upon successful qualification of the referral, as defined above, the referring party will receive a $100 gift card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
III. Commission Mechanics<\/h2>\n\n- Callbox will pay you a commission for each referred candidate who signs and pays for their first contract to engage Callbox services.<\/li>\n
- The commission applies only to the initial contract value. Subsequent payments, renewals, or new contracts with the same client do not qualify for additional commissions.<\/li>\n
- The commission will be paid only after the referred client has made payment for the initial contract.<\/li>\n
- Commissions will be computed as follows:\n
\n- 10% of the contract amount if paid in cash (e.g. via PayPal or wire transfer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
