Customers who don't want to wait on hold can press and hangup! They can call back after several minutes without losing their original place in line.

When the customer calls back using the same phone, the system retrieves a priority number using the caller ID. Instead of placing the customer at the back of the line, they are moved right up to their former position. 

The feature can also be combined with our CallCollector© inbound service. If no caller ID is present, or if the inbound queue is overloaded, the system transfers the customer to the CallCollector©, where they can enter a callback number and hangup. An available agent can retrieve the callback number later.

Benefits:

  1. Little or no hold time for the caller. Caller can take a break or tend to other tasks.
  2. No need to schedule additional agents during peak times or during an inbound call surge.
  3. Reduces the number of potential contacts and sales lost during inbound call surges.
