It's revolutionary but simple: Customers who don't want to wait on hold can press When the customer calls back using the same phone, the system retrieves a priority number using the caller ID. Instead of placing the customer at the back of the line, they are moved right up to their former position. The feature can also be combined with our CallCollector© inbound service. If no caller ID is present, or if the inbound queue is overloaded, the system transfers the customer to the CallCollector©, where they can enter a callback number and hangup.
