How We Get Started - Outbound Sales Generation Campaigns

The agenda at the kickoff meeting with your dedicated Campaign Manager gets your campaign rolling as soon as possible.  We discuss four main things: the LIST, the SCRIPT, the PRODUCTS, and SUPPORT MATERIALS

The List The Script
The list of targets to call can be provided by you, or by Callbox.
The field lay-outs we need for importing into our dialers.
If you provide an email list, Callbox can mass-email introductory information to warm the target to the succeeding call.
Exactly what should our Agents say to your prospects? You can write the script and Callbox will provide edits and recommendations.
Or, after studying your marketing materials, our experienced Campaign Manager can write your script, which you can edit and approve.
The script evolves during the early stages of the campaign as the Agents discover what works best, having internalized the script and rebuttals.
If you want our agents to leave voicemail messages, we need the script for that.

The Products Support Materials
Our Agents, who have already studied your product, grill you and your sales people on any aspects they don't understand, and the Frequently Asked Questions they can expect.
We confirm that the information on your website is correct and discuss any out-dated discrepancies that might confuse prospects.
You define and explain the guidelines that qualify a potential prospect
Then it's your turn to quiz your Callbox team on your product in order to illustrate or formulate rebuttals for handling common objections.
The scripting evolves as the test commences. The nature of telemarketing scripts is organic. They require frequent modification or fine-tuning.
You provide your Marketing collateral and Q&A for ongoing agent training.
Do you need Callbox to setup a dedicated phone number for callback (local area code, or toll free)?
Do you need Callbox to configure and/or monitor, and/or respond to voicemail?
You supply the email content and any attachments such as white papers to mass-email for you as an introduction, or which your Callbox team should send as requested by your prospects.
